Radishes - 1
Tinde - 2
Arabic - 1
Okra - 6-7
Parwal - 2-3
Capsicum - 1
Gourd - 3 inch piece
Unripe bananas - 1
Pumpkin - small crack
Tomatoes - 4 -5

Ginger - 2-inch long piece
Green pepper - 2-3
Matthey green - chopped a small bowl
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Asafoetida - Pinch 2-3
Cumin - a teaspoon
Turmeric powder - a teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Red pepper - 3/4 tsp
Dry mango powder - ½ tsp (if you wish)
Garam Masala - half - a teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
Green coriander - 100 grams (one cup of finely chopped)
